How do I book an appointment?
To schedule your appointment, please call us directly at 919-391-6336. Our friendly staff will assist you in selecting your desired services and finding the perfect time slot. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially for our popular signature services and weekend appointments.

Can I modify my appointment after booking?
Modifications to appointments can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please contact our us immediately if you need to make changes.
Is there an age requirement for your services?
Yes, our services are available for guests aged 15 and over. We welcome teens and adults to experience our wellness treatments.
Payments and Cancellations
What is your payment policy?
Payment is due at the time of booking or service. A 20% service fee will be automatically added to your treatment fee. Additional gratuity can be added at your discretion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
Your Visit
What should I do if I'm running late?
If you anticipate being late, please call us so we can do our best to accommodate you. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must end at the scheduled time.
Can I use my cell phone during my visit?
To maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone and store it in the provided locker before entering the treatment room.
Do you offer prenatal massages?
Yes, we offer Certified Prenatal Massages by request. Please inform us at the time of booking and consult with your primary care provider before scheduling. We can only perform prenatal massages for guests in their second trimester or later.
Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards. They are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Please note that all gift card sales are final.

Gift cards can be purchased at our spa location. They make perfect gifts for any occasion, allowing your loved ones to experience our unique wellness treatments.
